The key tasks

I have been given the task to build the full facelift of the web presentation of a project management tool called juno.one. The key tasks were: 

1. Current website analysis 

2. Research and wireframing 

3. Building a design system 

4. Creating a functioning, high-fidelity prototype, ready to hand over to the developer team

Another part of the website redesign was a brand new copy in an updated and revised tone of voice. 

The old website

Some of the main challenges of the original website were: 

• Out-of-date design 

• Not updated content (screenshots, information)

• Unclear calls to action and data organization

• Better communication of the tool's features

The new website

Some of the main features  of the new website are: 

• Up-to-date design 

• Mobile-first approach

• Improved navigation and information set up 

• Lightweight, lots of whitespace and unified color 

• Interactive components for an improved overview of the product

• Unified design system for easier additions of content and developer handover

• Less text-heavy, more focused on visual aspects and interactive elements (animations, videos, live demos)
